For orders less than $100 - $7.50
$100 to $199.99 - $11
$200 to $299.99 - $13.50
$300 to $399.99 - $16.00
$400 to $499.99 - $18.00
For orders over $500 - $20
Orders are shipped UPS Ground. If a PO Box address is given then the order is shipped via USPS, which may extend the delivery time. If possible always provide a street address.
ReturnsCustomer satisfaction is our goal. If, for
any reason, a customer is not 100 percent
satisfied with a product, he or she should
return of any unused
portion of the product within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Shipping must be prepaid on all product
returns.
All returns must be preceded by a return authorization.
